Boris Hardi has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, real estate as well as in the areas of banking and stock markets. During his career he was Managing Director and Deputy Real Estate Director at FMS Wertmanagement AöR, Head of Real Estate Germany at SABAL Financial, an Oaktree Capital Management Servicer and Board Member at the real estate company Consus Commercial Property AG. As a serial founder, including a successful IPO and as a former serial angel investor, he understands and "feels both sides" of the venture capital scene and actively brings both his founding and his investment experience to the Capmatcher approach.

Philipp Berger studied business administration with a focus on corporate finance, venture capital and innovation in Munich and Helsinki. His thesis included the impact of lack of capital availability on startups in the US, as well as possible measures to fill this funding gap. He is self-employed as a strategy and portfolio consultant and responsible for the global performance marketing channels at Capmatcher.
